During his studies in business mathematics, Kai-Hendrik Kubsch already worked at KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and joined the company in 2018 as a management consultant for process & decision automation after completing his studies.
In March 2021, he joined KPMG LAW’s Legal Process & Technology practice, where he focussed on legal tech. In addition to advising legal departments on the design of their legal tech strategy, software selection and requirements definition, Kai-Hendrik is an expert for low code and the Microsoft Power Platform in particular. With his team, he builds customised applications for legal departments. In his career, Kai-Hendrik has already seen many legal departments from the inside and knows the processes and workflows, optimisation potentials and best practices.
In addition, Kai-Hendrik has gained diverse experience in personnel management as well as in the classic and agile project management. Through his previous experience at KPMG AG, Kai-Hendrik also has extensive experience in modelling and optimising processes. In addition, his technical knowledge is flanked by his experience in large-scale projects, operations and compliance projects.
