Compliance and white collar criminal law
Florian Kling studied law in Heidelberg, Strasbourg and Cape Town and completed his legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal in Berlin, including stints at the Federal Foreign Office and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Before joining KPMG Law, Florian Kling worked as a lawyer at Noerr and as an in-house lawyer at BMW AG.
In addition to foreign trade law, his main areas of expertise include general compliance advice and the topics of sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance).
