Dennis Rabbe studied law at the University of Bielefeld. During his training, he held a chair in public law at the University of Bielefeld and taught on constitutional law topics. He was admitted to the bar in 2020 and has been working at KPMG Law since then. He has worked on several major national and international projects. In particular, he is helping to further develop the Global Entity Management Service (GEM). From January 2022 to November 2024, Dennis Rabbe supported Goran Mazar (EMA & German Head of ESG and Automotive) as Executive Assistant in setting up and developing sustainability strategies in the context of Environment, Social & Governance (ESG). Since January 2024, he has been working as Executive Assistant for Konstantin von Busekist (Managing Partner KPMG Law Germany, Head of Global Compliance Practice, KPMG Law EMA Leader).
In addition to national and international legal project management, the focus of his advice is on the administration of group companies, the implementation of compliance services (CAS) and ad hoc and governance measures under company law.
